Not exactly. Some people(for fun!) go to wiki and "improve" the answer. Most of the time though, people aren't improving it. They are just making it all wrong and fake. So that is why I say you shouldn't always trust wiki.

Yes, you can trust some articles in wiki-answers. You should always be careful though, some people purposely write wrong answers that seem right. But we have a lot of people moderating the site, so it should be trustworthy to a large degree.
If the answer you received was helpful, or if you liked the answer you were given, then give them a trust point. Of course it's up to you, because you don't have to give a trust point.

Honestly I think you should not trust WiKi answers beause this is a little 7 year old and I can write any answer I want.
