Take them to the vet- that is if your local vet accepts hamsters. There, they can either give them pain medication and make casts for the hamsters. They will next splint the leg. If the leg is severely broken may ask to remove the leg.And maybe kill them
If a hamsters leg is broken it will be in extreme pain, and can damage its leg further every time it moves, as the edges of the bone will grate on each other and may cut and bruise the tissue around them. You will need to take it to a vet as soon as possible, and definitely within a few hours.
If there is any puncturing of the skin, or signs of bleeding, take it to the vet immediately. Internal bleeding may show up as a dark swelling.
Gently place the hamster in an enclosed space such as a small box where it will not be able to run around. The box should be lined on the base a smooth surface, soft if possible, that will not catch on its leg, causing it to pull and be in more pain. It will need access to water if it is there for more than an hour or so.
Keeping it in a relatively dark space can help to calm the animal, and to keep it from moving too much.
The vet will examine the leg and may need to X-ray and operate depending on the extent of the damage. The bones will be set, meaning they will be put into the correct alignment , and splinted so that they stay in this alignment and grow together correctly and with minimal pain.
Then the hamster will need to be kept quiet while it heals. This will take some weeks. The vet will give you instructions on how to look after it during this time.
If the damage is severe and unlikely to heal well, the vet may recommend amputation or euthanasia (putting the hamster to sleep). Talk with the vet to find the best option for your hamster. It will depend on how well the leg will heal and how much pain it is in.
The advice below will be helpful while a hamster heals:
You should handle an injured hamster as little as possible, If the leg is broken, movement will hurt I, as the edges of the bone will grate on each other and may cut and bruise the tissue around them. You will need to take it to a vet as soon as possible, and definitely within a few hours.
If there is any puncturing of the skin, or signs of bleeding, take it to the vet immediately. Internal bleeding may show up as a dark swelling.
If the hamster has been treated by a vet, handle only as much as is necessary and gicve it a quiet place to heal for the next few weeks.
If your hamsters back legs are broken or paralysed the first thing you do is make sure they are lying on there backs so they are not straining themselves, the second thing you do is tell a parent or carer, and don't panic it happens a lot of the time and they will properly get healed, make sure your parents or carers have rung a vet and that they are also not panicking. When the vet arrives or when you arrive at the vet let the vet do its thing and before you know it your hamster will be as good as new x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

You really need to take the hamster to a veterinarian, only they can really diagnose or treat the problem. Not using its legs could indicate a spinal problem.
It can mean the the cage is too small and there is not enough space to run, or it means that they have broken limbs.
