Yes gummy vitamins are safe to take otherwise they wouldn't be sold in the store out in the open. You can overdose though. You should only take as many as it says on the bottle.

Note: just because they are sold in the store in the open does NOT mean they are safe to take. Lobbyists for the supplements industry some time ago got congress to pass a bill removing all power from the FDA to regulate supplement manufacture and sale in any way, unless the FDA has already proven that the supplement is actually injuring and/or killing people! This can take months or years for the FDA to do, during which time many tens of thousands of people might die from a bad supplement. Vitamins are supplements.

Keep gummy vitamins out of the reach of children. The gummies taste just like candy and are tempting to eat more than one!
