no you shouldn't because that could hurt somebody. If ur mad or stressed out then grab a pillow or something soft and pretend the pillow is the thing that you did/ the person that you are mad at and punch it for a while until you feel better.
Or if not that then the next day of it think, " that was in the past, and here comes the future, that was in the past, and here comes the future....." until u kinda feel better.
What i do is punch a pillow the day that happened and the next day i think about how that was in the past. i hope that helps.
when i lose my temper i hit things and break them etc. till i calm down.
