HIV is Blood and Semen borne. It dies once out of the body within minutes so no there is no need for testing. I have a friend who is HIV positive. I hug and kiss him (pecks on the lips), have slept in the same bed many times, done his laundry with my own and used his dirty towel, we drink from each other's glasses and take bites from each other's food. I've known him 7 years and I haven't contracted the disease.
