If your daughter loves her baby then help her look after the baby and adoption is not necessary. Even though I am sure you weren't happy about your daughter getting pregnant so young the child is still your grandchild. If your daughter isn't being responsible for her baby and still running out with friends I suggest you swat her in the butt and lay down the law and get her to start looking after her baby. If she refuses then yes, adopt the baby and send her to a relatives that will straighten her out in a hurry.
