well pg-13 means parental guidance till you are 13. just like in pg rated movies pg means parental guidance till your 10. but it also depends if the child is mature. if they are mature, then they can watch by themselves. it is also about the movie. if the movie is really violant and has lots of swearing there should be a parent there.

Calls for an opinion. However, as not everyone has children, and as not all children are all that young, it would seem that we would hardly need to force salesman at stores to quiz people on their families before selling them the "right" TV. Have it as an option, and any who wish it can have it. _______________________________________ It should be manditory that televisions should be sold with parental locks.
