Yes, you should be very concerned. You have to know that your diet is horrible. Start with breakfast and have a bowl of oatmeal every morning. Use slow cooked oats instead of anything that takes less than ten minutes to cook. I eat old fashioned oates that require 15 minutes to cook. Get steel-cut oates if possible. Include a piece of fresh fruit. I recommend soy milk or better yet, goats milk.(cows milk creates muckus in the lungs and colon.) Your Doctor probably hasn't told you a lot about how to stay healthy into your golden years and most surly has failed to recommend a truly healthy diet. I wonder why? Funny thing, doctors don't make any money from well people. Only sick ones.
Cut down on red meat. eliminate it if you can. Eat more fresh vegatables and fruit. Oh, I know, I know...you know all this, so just do it! Otherwise, if you live to be old, it won't be fun. Good luck!
A doctor should be called if an elderly or disabled person is constipated for a week or more or if a child seems to be constipated.
Nytroglycerin is poisonous AND is explosive if shaken violently. If you feel better after drinking it, its probably because the bit that hurt has been dissolved and blown up. You really should be concerned. And how the hell did you get nitroglycerin?!?
If they aren’t concerned you don’t need to be
48 hours and then take the dog to the vet.
Is he sick? Does he have a fever? Is he constipated? Maybe he has colic? Call ask a nurse at the nearest hospital, advice is free and they will tell you if he needs to be seen by a Dr.
Remain in an approved shelter until the threat has been neutralized. If you must go out, wear protective covering.
You should be concerned. Because without it no life would be there on earth.
If you are constipated than you can take a stool softener or laxative and that should relive it
If this is a new thing for the dog, yes, you should be concerned.
