There should be a diagram under the hood for that year.
Go to www.autozone.com and look under specifications, belt routing. On a 1989 Dodge Grand Caravan, the diagram is on the side of the engine where the S-belt is located.

It should have a diagram under the hood somewhere. Look somwhere around where the hood latch is, Should have a sticker somewhere under the hood. Under the hood is a diagram. If not try Autozone they usually have manual you can look at.
Usually right there under the hood. If not, get a motor manual for same vehicle.

Normally there is (or was) a diagram under the hood - looks like a "sticker".OR - You could buy a "service manual" - Clymer or Chiltons print them - from Advance/Auto Zone/Oreillys/etc. for the vehicle.$20 more or less and a good source of info.
Look around under the hood. Look on the fenders and around the radiator for a tag that shows it...
look in your owners manual or under the hood as there should be a routing diagram for your vehicle.
