Actions speak louder than words. Your reply in words would be "Thank You" and your reply in actions would be to perform at a higher level so when the next review comes, it will be as good if not better than the last one.
The way you would respond to your performance review would depend on if it was positive or negative. You might want to correct your performance or complain to a higher manager that is was unfair. If it was positive, then keep doing what you have been doing.
It is not necessary to write a thank you note for a performance review. You are the one who earned the good review. However, if you would like to thank your reviewer, keep the note brief and professional.
They way you respond to a bad performance review can depend on several factors from whether or not it's a unionized job, to the culture of the company, i.e. is it a culture based on trust and honest. It also depends on whether or not you feel the feedback given in the review is accurate. If you feel it is accurate, you should own up to your performance, make agreements on how what steps you will take to improve, make a concerted effort to improve, and ask for help and/or supplimental training and development if needed. If you don't agree with the feedback given in the review, you'll need to determine, based on the company culture, whether or not it's in the best interest of your job security to disagree with the feedback. Unfortunately, many companies still create a culture wherein the boss is right because they are the boss, and the employee is wrong because they're not the boss. It's a natural human tendancy to not agree with negative feedback during a review, however, before you decide to express your disagreement, take some time to consider whether or not the feedback is accurate, or whether you're responding emotionally because you don't like hearing about your areas of opportunity and where you need to improve.
After a good performance review, you should thank the reviewer. You should also say that you are glad they gave you a chance to show what you were capable of.
Respond to a good performance review in a positive manner. State that you appreciate the comments and will continue to work to ensure the employer remains happy.
I've grown to greater appreciate the nature of the challenges that Jane faces in her area of the business and grown my for her as a respect as a result.
As far as I know, it is not possible. But on YouTube, they say @ (Username) and they get an E-Mail saying what your reply is, but I'm not sure it works on Fanfiction. Otherwise, you could give them a PM (Private Message, in case you didn't know) and fill the purpose of the message in as " Your reply on (Story name)" those are your best bets.
When you reply to something you are saying something as a result of somene saying something else. Your response to something is what you do, ever saying, thinking or acting as a result of somene elses actions, ever saying something or doeng something.

Say Thank You, That's What I Say.
You can always reply to a compliment by saying thank you.
"Long time no see" is very similar to saying, "Hello". You might reply, Hey, man, what's up?
You could try saying you believe your opportunities are what you make of what's offered to you in life.
Of course, it shows you're a sweetheart to her
The person will reply "uh- huh" to anything you say. Their subconscious is speaking and they have no idea what you are saying, or what they are saying. It can be really fun.
I usually reply by saying what is going on at that time. Ill give you an example to help you understand because im sure you won't. If I am watching tv when someone asks "What is going on?" I will reply by saying "I am watching tv" If I was painting a picture I would say "I am painting a picture" So you see what I did there? I said what was going on when asked. Give it a try.
