Lo Jack is aftermarket, installed after the car is manufactured. Usually at a dealership or auto alarm shops.

Around where the headphone jack is. There should be a plastic card in there already that you can remove by pushing it in slightly then releasing.
If you ordered it, installed it, or requested it prior to purchase, you have it. If you have stolen someones laptop and you are trying to findout if authorities are going to lock you up... you'll never know until they knock on your door... BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING ... lol
'Lo-Jack' is not used for traffic violations and giving tickets. It is strictly an emergency method for locating stolen cars.
To remove mute from your laptop, press the mute key again.
in the headphone jack
"The blue jack is for plugging in an audio device so you can hear the sound through your laptop's or monitor's speakers."
Lo Jack is an aftermarket add on. Many vehicles have similar product that are all built in. All GM products have OnStar which allows a vehicle to be tracked.
