I had the same problem with my 2005 town an country,i was told by a dealer that all you have to do is disconnect the battery for about five minutes.It worked for me..................good luck
well i guarantee that does not work on 95 corsica as a matter of fact disconnecting the battery worsens the other problem were having with it stalls while cornering moderate acceleration and sometimes just real hard to start

The keyless entry module, on your Ford automobile, is located in the engine compartment. The module is bolted to the firewall.
It is possible that the tiny electronic momentary switches that activate each of the keyless entry functions have gone bad. Usually they don't all go bad at once but the one most used (Lock and Unlock) may begin to fail first and it may seem like you have to push real hard to get it to activate. It takes a bit of electronic prowess to unsolder these micro switches that are mounted on the small printed cirsuit board located inside the plastic housing, and install the new ones. I did it and mine now works fine. I had to locate the switches online. I drive a 2000 i30t which is a few years newer than a 1996 and three of the four micro switches had gone or were going bad. It may be prudent, if you dont want to go through all that I went through to accomplish this, simply to go through the nearest Infiniti dealer and you can purchase a replacement.
