That depends on your age and the legal limits in your area. Just because you get pregnant does not automatically make you legally an adult, and your parents are still responsible for you. If you marry (assuming you are of legal marrying age or your parents can and are willing to sign for you) and your husband is over the legal age of adulthood, he may become your guardian until you attain legal adulthood.
