Ok so the cigarette lighter in my 1999 Chrysler Concorde wont work i assume its the fuse but which fuse is that help...?

When you take the cover off the fuse panel there is usually a diagram on the inside of the cover that shows the fuse panel and what the fuse is used to power. It would take a while, but you could remove each individual fuse and see if any are blown. You can clearly tell a blown fuse as the metal wire inside will be split and most likely burnt.

There is no fuse in the owner's manual labeled "Cigarette Lighter"... I assume the cigarette lighter fuse is labeled as something else... Do you know what it is labeled?Could be labelled something like, Accessory, or, Aux. Hard to say. It should be a 15A fuse, so just pull all of the 15A fuses and make sure they aren't fried.

I assume you mean the fuse keeps blowing? It's certainly possible for the lighter element itself to go bad as well as the socket you plug it into. Also, there are often other circuits that use the same fuse.

I assume you are asking about the socket that the cigarette lighter plugs into. First take out the ash tray, then remove the slide that it mounts to. That may require removal of the under dash cover. Then reach up through the hole where the ashtray was and disconnect the wire plug, turn the nut off and the socket will pull out through the front of the dash.

I would assume that the statue would be somewhat lighter. Acid rain, birds, vibrations caused by traffic etc. would erode the statue and cause it to become lighter. However, this effect would be small and the statue would not become lighter by any significant mass.

behind the glove box the flasher on a 1997 blaser is between the stering wheel and the lighter you have to take off the dash face its behind that That's exactly where I found it. I would like to point out that it's the bottom part of the dash. Once pulled, you will see two flashers just left of the where the cigarette lighter is. The one on the right is for the blinkers (I assume the left is probably hazard lights). A quick test to find out if it is the flasher, or just a possible burt out bulb is to see if the hazard lights work (since they are usually on a different flasher).
