If you bought a starter not from the company, mine did the same thing. I ended up having to have it taken out, because it was messing with the whole system. Sorry, I wish I had something better to say!
low fuel presure. try priming it by turning ignition on and off several times.

The battery & the starter turn the engine via the flywheel, but has nothing to do with wether or not ignition itself is functional. Verify is firing.

Something is keeping power to the ignition coil. You need a wiring schematic and trace the wiring.

You don't. The ignition is required to start the car. If it fails you need a new ignition switch.
