My 2 year old son has always been a good sleeper in his cot until i put him in his bed now he wakes up between 2-3am screaming by 5am ive had enough so he comes too bed with me?

If the bed was a used bed get rid of it! haunted... go back to the cot or purchase a new unattached bed.
New bed; big, scary and unfamiliar. When I first moved from a cot to a bed my dad slept with me in it the first night and then he put the cat on the bed and she normally slept on the foot of the bed after. Familiar things like teddies and blankets that were normally in the cot could help.
