No. In fact, in versions of Windows prior to Windows 7, it is virtually impossible to delete Internet Explorer.
To utilize both, you can install Firefox and then install the 'Coral IE Tab' addon to use IE inside of Firefox's interface. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10909
Firefox is an alternative browser to IE. There is no compatibility between the two programs to worry about, only if the websites you browse are Firefox-compatible. To utilize both, you can install Firefox and then install the 'Coral IE Tab' addon to use IE inside of Firefox's interface. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10909
From what? IE, Firefox - some other newsreader program?
You can delete you browser history and that will delete your Google history(memory is not the right term to use). You go to Tools and then Clean.... (sorry I'm with Bulgarian Firefox don't know what exactly it is translated) That's for firefox. For IE Opera etc. it is kinda the same thing.
No, you cannot remove Internet Exploder. You can install other web browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Pale Moon, Safari or Opera (or all of these) and use them instead of IE. The best you can do is to remove the IE shortcut from your desktop.
You may keep both browsers without any conflicts. Many who prefer Firefox will seldom use IE but keep IE available within the Control Panel for the oft necessary MS Updates, Patches and Hotfixes. MS makes these available only through IE (Surprised?). Yes, I have Firefox 2, Fiefox 3, Internet Explorer 7, Safari, DINT, Opera, OperaUSB and a few others... The only reason I don't delete IE is because I'm not an Admin.

It depends on which browser you are using. For example, if you are using Firefox, go to Tools, then you will see an option that lets you delete relevant history to pritect your privacy. You can delete search history, cookies, cache, browsing history, etc. Most popular browsers are well designed, such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE, etc. That they allow you to delete internet history. But for safe sake, you can also use a program named privacy protector to search and delete computer history. You can google some on the web.
