English is the offical language of America, but alot of immigrants don't speak English. Either because they can't or they won't. Either way it is a problem because if they work for you, how do you tell them what not to do, so they won't get hurt.

Simply because they were looking for work. Many European immigrants went to either USA, UK or Australia.
They come from and Europe they are the nations allowed in the U.S
