1 st you need a DS DSlite with a slot for GBA games
2nd when you have adapted the game turn on the DS DS lite touch the Pokemon platinum
let the menu open the where it says "migrate from sapphire" you choose 6 Pokemon ( Pokemon that don't have HM moves exapmle: surf, dive etc)
after migratin them continue your game
3rd go to the " pal park" on route 221
enter go strait up. talk to the guy there then he will let you in
catch the Pokemon
( the Pokemon you choose depends were they are if you migrated awater Pokemon it will be in the ocean and if you migrated a bug Pokemon it will be in the forest like area)
after catching the six pokemons you will be escorted out of the grass area
the guy will ask you if you whant the Pokemon you caught transefer to you box
say yes and tada!!!! you have migrated the pokemons
