Payroll taxes - as in your an employer who failed to pay over withholding? That (and sales taxes) are the big no no's! There is virtually no proterction of any type for this. Those were not YOUR monies...they are considered trust funds your holding for the State (or fed as case may be) and are actually earned by the employee. Not paying them is theft (and an assortment of other crimes) and severly prosecuted criminally. There is no Corporate protection and literally every officer and "responsible" person in the Corporation is individually liable. GET LEGAL HELP NOW...DON'T MESS AROUND FOR ANOTHER MINUTE...YOU OVER STEPPED THE LINE ON A MAJOR NEVER DO - I don't believe there is an SOL for this in most any State. (And as to do so you probably filed fraudulent reports..sworn to the government as accurate...etc....add on a few more porblems).
The statute of limitations on tax collection is typically a few weeks. This is the same in the state of Massachusetts.
There is no statute of limitations on tax liens. If you don't pay the tax they will seize your property and auction if off.

Only the IRS has a 10 year statute of limitations. PA has no statute of limitations on collecting owed taxes of any kind, so they will persist coming after you for as long as they can.
Depends on the type of tax, but in income taxes, anyplace...the Statute of Limitations for assesment and Collection (normally 3-4 years) ONLY STARTS running when a return has been filed. If you don't file, you remain perpetually liable.
The statute of limitations for taxes in Indiana is 3 years after the tax was due or after the return was filed, whichever is later. So for instance if you have a tax return due April 15, 2005 and the return is filed February 1, 2005 the statue of limitations is April 15, 2008. If the return was filed on June 15, 2005 with the same due date, the statue of limitations would run out on June 15, 2008.

Is there a statue of limitations on Missouri income tax that is owed
This is probably not what you want, but the tax in Louisiana is 9% of what you pay.
Same as the statute of limitations on any other income tax. For example, if it is a U.S. federal income tax, and a return is required but not filed, then the statute of limitations doesn't start until the return is filed, and then runs for three years, assuming the taxpayer does not leave the US during that time.
