FYI. The end of the dashboard does not look like an access panel but it is. Look along the seam between the lighter and darker plastic and you will find a small hole into which you can insert a screwdriver and gently pry the panel off. Inside the panel is a (not very clear and upside down) diagram for which fuse controls which electrical item.
AnswerTry this..At the driver's seat open your car door all the way then look at the dashboard end. Pry off the plastic cover...the diagram should also be at the back of the cover.
