dogs and cats are not truly omnivores, but actually carnivores, sure they may occasionally munch on some greenery, but their digestive system is designed to digest meat, not plants. Some omnivores include: gorillas (they eat leaves and some insects), humans, iguanas, bears ( they eat fish, berries, etc.). I'm sure that there are many more than my few examples, but I had to correct dogs and cats...that's just not an acceptable answer in my book. So i have deleted Canines because Wolves, Coyotes, Dingos, African Wild Dogs, etc. are carnivores, not omnivores.

I guarantee you no one on answers.com is going to answer that question! I can tell you that an omnivores is an animal, (including us) who eats plants, and animals. To get you started, a human, a dog, a raccoon, and a pig, are ALL omnivores. Well, good luck on that list!
