Light spotting can be normal during pregnancy it is not classed as a period, but vaginal bleeding, it depends on colour and quantity also, bright red blood constantly could indicate a problem of possible miscarriage or ectopic. Brown blood is old blood (possible remains from your last menstrual period). Normally though the blood is stored in your mucus plug (thats why some women have a pink tinge to their cm when they have a 'show' ie: bloody show. I would consult a doctor if the bleeding, even spotting continues to be on the safe side.
no you only spot once around the time you expecting your next period and last for 2 days only
no if you have a regular period and then 10 days after you are spotting...may be this can be old blood--this can't be implatation bleeding--implatation bleeding only happen once and around the time you expected your period and days for two days -not after you have a period and not all women get implatation bleeding--if you still have concerns its best to talk to your doctor --best of luck
im 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant and about two days ago i had a gush of watery blood and then brown spotting after that. i called the doctor scared but they said as long as it didnt happen more than once and the spotting is brown you should be fine. if it shows your baby is fine then you shouldn't worry. from what i have read and hear spotting is common and even some bleeding can be fine, not always, but in any case you should report to your doctor. good luck.
The two may not be connected. If you are spotting at 12 weeks I would see a doctor. If the spotting occured right after the vomiting, then I think the two are related, particularly if this is the first spotting that you have experienced. I need more information. however, with the limited info I have, I suspect that increased abdominal pressure caused a micro blood vessel (or two) to rupture. If it was a once off spotting that has not repeated itself or increased in intensity, then I suspect that was the cause. BUT, in the interests of aleviating the overprotective -- get it checked out by your gyno. Just remember that your pregnant body can take a great deal of stress and physical activity that can border on violent and still be running strong. Pregnant bodies are not as fragile as many think.
In the light of the moon, the Mariner sees the water snakes. After spotting them, he blesses them and then recites a prayer. Once he prays, the albatross drops from around his neck.
Spotting before your period is just very light menstrual flow, it's the process of the uterus lining shedding starting - once it gets under way the bleeding becomes heavier.
if you had a blood test there no doubt about you not being pregnant if you feel you are keep trying but once you take a blood test shows negotive then your not pregnant and might be illusinating

it's perfectly normal to be spotting at 5 weeks. it's just because you will not be menstrating through out the pregnancy (or as many periods). if the spotting occurs longer than 2 weeks, consult a doctor. im five weeks preg and went to the doctors a couple days ago.... i had an inside sonogram done... well i woke up the mext day to fine alittle of reddish blood on the paper.. which i freaked out.. ever since its just been the brownish blood.. but ots not so much that it discharges it stays in side if me.... im so scared.... any advise?
Some spotting and discharge can be normal throughout pregnancy. You should be getting checks at least once a month at this stage and if your provider refuses, find another one!!
