Your question is very confusing. There is no apple tablet PC, if by tablet PC you mean Ipad, I would get the ipad air, because it is light, and very compatible with other apple products. Even with non-apple products, it is pretty compatible, because you can get icloud, icould drive, and iTunes on windows computers as well. Additionally, from personal experience with Google operating systems on tablets from other companies, I have experienced sloppy user interfaces, lag, and app incompatibility from the play store. Whereas on apple devices, the interface is very smooth and fast --even after years of use-- and all the apps on the app store are apple certified and work on your device. I say, you get what you pay for. If you want to shell out the price for an Apple tablet, you will not regret it. Also, I would recommend buying a refurd ipad, from the apple store, as you can save a lot of money that way, and its basically brand new.
