Ive been having stomach cramps back aches heart burn and headaches is this a pregnancy sign?

i had bad stomach cramps and headaches in early pregnancy, i was convinced i was going to start my period.. but i didnt i now 5 months pregnant and i still get bad heads and some period like cramps.. Hope this helps

∙ 15y agoYou very well might be pregnant. Those symptoms I had also when I found out I was pregnant. But take a test, or visit a health clinci, and you will be able to find out for sure. Good Luck!

Could be gas . Take a pregnancy test . That will take out the guess work .

If you are having it only when you urinate, i would check with a doctor that you dont have a bladder infection, as this can cause a lot of the symptoms, and could lead to a serious kidney infection if not dealt with.
