probably, some kids do and some kids don't, but It really depends on how the men in your family went though puberty. (I'm assuming you're a boy) Sometimes different ethnic groups grow more hair around their body than others. But that isn't the case.. I don't know if you want alot of hair down there because personally some people find it unattractive, but hey that's just me again :P
