Both parties' pension and retirement accounts are considered assets that are divided in the divorce agreement or trial, much like a bank account or piece of physical property.

If you are awarded a portion of your husband's pension, you are entitled to it. If you are not awarded any part of it, you are not entitled to it.

If you were married at the point of her death then you are her next of kin and in the UK (and most countries) the disposal of her body is your affair. There will be local laws stating what you can do with a body and in some cases the police/coroner may keep the body during investigations.... but at the end it must be released to the next of kin. Her will may also stipulate what is to be done with her remains and if so the executor appointed by the will may ask you to follow her wishes.

You might be eligible for a pension for yourself as his widow. But I'm not aware of any pension system that pays benefits to dead folks.

In the US when you get divorced, your spouse is generally entitled to half of your pension that accured during the course of the marriage.
