There are two ways that your husband can have a brother-in-law. In neither case is his brother-in-law also your brother-in-law.

Your husband's brother-in-law may be your brother.

Your husband's brother-in-law may also be the husband of his sister. In that case he is the husband of yoursister-in-law, but that does not make him yourbrother-in-law.

If you have a married sister, her husband is also your brother-in-law.
