So yes, Guafenesin can be taken with Dextromethorphan but taking too much Dextromethorphan can cause a few undesirable side effects. It's unlikely that you'll be able to buy Dextromethorphan by itself anyway, it will likely come with Acetametaphin and Phenylephrine or Guafenesin.
