Robert Downey Jr. (man that plays Iornman) agreed to only 3 Ironman movies but he will also be doing a movie called "The Avengers" soon so you could count that as his fourth movie.
In the Avengers there gonna make Thor, Ironman, Hulk, Captain America, and possibly Spiderman be in the movie. It will probably come out in 2011 or 2012 though.
