No,DONT!!!!!Do not mess with your skull,as safe as plastic surgery looks,who knows what could happen.Aspetially if you're under the age of 50,you still grow,so by removing the bump,the skull will grow in an there is a smal chance to form a bigger,uglyer,painful,permanent bump.You just shouldn't change the way you are! Yes there is. Get your GP to send you to a plastic surgeon. If the protrusion isn't that noticeable and your hair covers it I wouldn't bother, but if it is rather large then of course, see your GP and have the plastic surgeon give you a new look. Good thing about where your plastic surgery would be .. the recovery time shouldn't be that painful at all.
