Yes, but why would you want to do that? Even though she has hurt you, there's really no need for you to retaliate in such a similarly mean fashion.

Yes. Many sites allow picture uploads. You can also create your own web site and post them to that.
Not at the moment but she may post one, but not likely
You probably shouldn't post a picture of a teacher smoking pot, but if you are going to just post it on any site. it will find its way onto Google and a bunchh of people will see it. Or just print out copies and post them around school
Posting a picture on brickipeadia only takes a few steps. First, go to the site. Then, log in. Where it says 'On the Wiki', there is a part that says post photo. Click that, and upload your photo.
It is not possible to include graphics such as images in answers on this site.
Answer This site is not a dating site. Go to Matchdoctor.com. the last time I was there it was a free site. Post your message and wait for your responses. Having a picture will certainly get you more responses than not having a picture.
You first have to post it on the internet before it has a url, using a site like www.flickr.com
It is very illegal, but not often enforced as a law. If you legally wish to post pictures of yourself on the internet, the company hosting the site needs written permission from your parents with the reason to post the picture. This is the case in the US as well as in the UK and Canada. Most sites will not report children's pictures because they have lots of pedophiles that visit the sites just to see them, and the pedophiles pay big money for pictures of kids. So, the site gets their money, and the pedophiles get pictures of kids. However, if a site wanted to, they could send you to juvenile jail for posting the picture, and send your parents to jail for letting your post the picture, regardless if they knew about it or not.
you can't post pix on other peoples FB ... if they're your "friend" and their setting allows, whenever you post new pix to your site, a few of them may show up on your "friends" walls. You can drag pix off of friends sites to your desktop and post on your FB site, though.
Just copy the URL or HTML code of the picture from one site and paste it in the other site.....
