Ephedra spp. are probably the most effective remedy - they are potent decongestants. Ma Huang is usually employed but it's now hard to come by. You can substitute other ephedras that grow locally if you live somewhere hot and dry (Mormon Tea in the southwest, Ephedra Californica in California, etc.); they are distinctive looking and easy to identify. Brew a handful as tea, or just break off some and start chewing on pieces until your sinuses open up. I recently treated myself with Ephedra Califorica and I can attest to it's effectiveness - it worked better than anything I was able to buy over the counter.

If you can't get Ephedra, try bitter orange extract, though it won't work as well. Mullein and stinging nettle are often used for respiratory problems and may help some.

Ma Huang has been given a bad name by the government, but the supposed danger is mostly hype. The government doesn't like you taking anything that isn't patented and profitable for certain special interests. In reality, Ma Huang is very safe compared to many prescription medications if used properly: certainly no more dangerous than Sudafed.

Sinus irrigation with a "neti pot" can be helpful, to clear away infected material or embedded pollen or allergens. You'll want to use clean water for this, not plain tap water. Add a couple of teaspoons of salt, warm to about 90 degrees F (warm but not hot to the touch).

There are gadgets that look like a Water-Pic that can make this easier. Turn your head upside down, let the water run up your nose and out through the mouth. It sounds disgusting, but it is actually quite refreshing. The first few times felt weird, but after that.....

I have one of the Grossnan sinus irrigators (demonstrated at the link below). (Full disclosure: I'm a customer, not a salesman. I get no reimbursement for this posting. It works for me; YMMV.)

I think natural treatment is good bcuz sinus patients have lots of chances of Allergies and medicines hd lot of allergic chances or can cause allergic symptoms too in future so, Natural treatment with vitamin c with high antioxidants or food , Immune booster food or exercise and uses of hot salt water droplets droping in your nose is also helpful. And Indian yoga Breath in-out like "Alom vilom" breath in with one nose and block other nose hole with finger and now unblocked and breath out before we change position again block first nose hole in which we start first breath in process. Daily do 3-5 times Breath in and out with the help of one finger with same process is good for sinus problem.
