The year, make and model info would be useful but with some vehicles you can gain access to the trunk by removing the back seat.
The trunk release in a 1995 Dodge Intrepid is under the dashboard on the driver's side. There is also a remote trunk release.
The trunk release is under the steering wheel. Look on the dash, below the handle for the wheel tilt... It's somewhere along there.
under the steering wheel i think
You can use the unlock button on your key fob or on the dashboard inside the car, but I am guessing you want to know how to unlock it manually. Simple. Just take your key and detach the valet key via the grey button on the top of the fob. you will be left with a regular metal key. Insert this into the hole in the trunk (It is under the little lid where the trunk handle pops out) and turn it. If you turn it the right way, the trunk should pop open.
I have the same car and the trunk release button is on the driver side door. Its under the handle..its a round grey button.
How about hooking up jumper cables, which can be done under the hood, and let the alternator of the charging vehicle provide the unlocking power? Use the metal key that slides out of your keyless remote if it has one and unlock the trunk manually where the release button is on the trunk. That's how it is on my e320 if it's the same.
Most cars have a lever or a button either under the driver's seat or in the glove compartment that will open the trunk.
Mine (code) was under the spare tire in the trunk, but also a 97, I believe. Worth looking though!
under radio, group or 5 switchs its the middle one
There is a release to fold down the rear seats in the trunk of the car, They kinda hid it just under the upper lip of the trunk compartment, Just pull it back to release the seat.
No.
the guts of the whole operation are under the trunk pull-down cover--the latch on the trunk LID is ONLY THE RELEASE UNIT. Good luck
