Could be either manned or unmanned. Rockets have been around since the days when the Chinese invented fireworks, and it's only been since the 1960's that any person was brave enough/crazy enough to ride in one. That's not entirely true; rocket-propelled airplanes have been around since the 1880s. They didn't work all that well, at first.....
The vast majority of rockets are unmanned.
Like all space telescopes, it is unmanned.
Unmanned. Those robots are getting pretty clever!
i think a rocket does not fly by itself
no
No. The Russians have sent unmanned probes, but the only manned missions to the moon were American.
No country reached the moon in 1995. The first unmanned mission was a launched by the Soviet Union in 1959. The first manned mission to the moon was an American Mission in 1969.
Using current technology, it would take a minimum of 3 years for a manned or unmanned mission to reach Uranus one-way. However, a manned mission would also require designing spacecraft systems that do not currently exist.
air force one is the designation given to any plane the president is on. If you mean the usual plane, it is a converted Boeing 767. The plane that holds most records for speed and time\travel is known as the SR71 Blackbird. Actually the president's usual plane is a converted Boeing 747 called a VC-25, and the SR71 Blackbird is the fasted air breathing plane, so there are other unmanned rocket powered planes that can go much faster and much higher
Unmanned
whta is the difference between a manned and unmanned spaceflight
whta is the difference between a manned and unmanned spaceflight
manned space probe is when there are people traveling in a spaceship. whereas unmanned is when there is nobody in a ship unmanned is launched for the first time to a planet to see that a manned can land.
Manned means I has not been around that long and unmanned means around a loong time
Chemical rockets are generally used on manned spacecraft. Ion propulsion has been used on a few unmanned spacecraft.
Manned because man has to operate the equipment.
No, the Russian's Sputnik was unmanned.
normally they are unmanned but sometimes they do have people sent up
Unmanned - Space probes are a form of robotic spacecraft.
no
They were unmanned, although Sputnik 2 carried a dog into space.
