No, pear trees [Pyrus spp] aren't evergreen. They grow and lose their leaves in less than a year's time. Also, they have seeds, but not in the form of seed cones. They're considered deciduous. In contrast, evergreens grow and drop their foliage over the span of more than a year.

No. Apple trees are deciduous, in other words they drop all their leaves in the autumn.
