I've done park our since I've been 17 I am 21 now... Since I've started I've gotten two herniated back disks a shattered talus a broken wrist and my fare share of cuts and bruises. This last fall I had which has shattered my talus may keep me off sports the rest of my life. In the end Parkour has it's dangers if you do decide to do it acknowledge your limits go about it patiently with time and know you do have limits.

yes parkour is very difficult sometimes people train like they are running marathons or going into UFC(ultiminate fighting championship) fights becauser there have been so many cases of injuries that insurance rates have gone up all asround the USA just because the reentrance of parkour

Yes, parkour is safe sport... (NOT a sport) It is for me a lifestyle

I had my falls and bruises. It's part of it. Le Parkour is all about progression. It takes time. You start off of something small and once your comfortable push a little, push a little. You dont have to jump the Eiffel Tower at once to learn how to land.

Don't rush yourself. Know your limits and be safe

Yes, Parkour is a very phisicaly and mentally demanding sport. You need to be very fit, and you need to have high willpower. When you are about to jump off one roof, and onto another, you CANNOT hesitate. if you are not fit, it can be very dangerous. Begin by going for 5 K runs without stopping to up your stamina, then go to Parkour traning.

Parkour isn't dangerous if you know what you are doing. Training helps with that. Parkour could be dangerous in some obstacles where you can't complete like jumping from building to building if it is too far.

Yes. Sudden heart failure, extreme head trauma, physical shock, and choking on an inhaled insect are all part of this exciting new challenge to the human experience.

But Parkour is actually one of the safest sports if you are doing it right. If you end up jumping from Building to Building at a beginner level you can very easily get seriously injured or die. So if you are starting out don't go from rooftop to rooftop. just stay on the ground until you are used to extreme falls or jumps

Parkour is an Art, a Movement, a Discipline.. and after all that it is a sport

After you've been doing Parkour awhile it's no longer bodily training and conditioning, it's all mental

yes a sport excises almost every part of your body as well as conditioning and being a discipline for the most part I found the mental part doesn't stop even if you stopped training

it's mental to break down barriers but also mental do learn and get motivated and to get your self ready for such a sport as it could be very daunting for some

yes this is a sport but a very extreme sport
