There is no legal relationship, but most people would refer to him as their nephew. I typically introduce someone like that as the husband of my neice. Going the other way, I usually refer to them as my wife's Aunt or Uncle.

∙ 9y agoYes. You are uncle to the children of your spouse's siblings just as much as to the children of your own siblings, so they are your nieces and nephews. Think about how you referred to your aunts and uncles as children, Your father's brother Joe was married to Ann, and it was always "Aunt Ann and Uncle Joe", basically ignoring which was your father's sibling and which had "married in."
Your wife's niece is also your niece. Upon marriage, you and your wife became one. Your wife's niece is your niece-in-law or simply niece.
