i'm on it now so i'll let you know! started last week, lost 8lb in first week :) and i feel great, taking a bag full of supplements with it. because your not eating ANYTHING! horrible but you can't even use toothpaste! :/ its strict, and you need a plan in place for afterward, because you'll put all the weight you lost on quicker than you lost it, due to lowering your metabolism. so if your really dedicated to loosing weight, than yes go for it. best of luck :)
