Unfortunately that is going to depend on the maker and the facility it is processed in. Most ingredients used in jelly is gluten free but the plant where they make it may not be. Also it will depend on what they use to thicken it with and whether that has been modified or not.
So there is no easy yes or no answer. All you can do is keep reading the label.
