In general, that would put you at risk of food poisoning. Much depends on the ambient temperature, (if your kitchen is near freezing point it might be OK). However, I wouldn't risk it myself most of the year or if my kitchen were heated overnight.

Nope. It spent too much time (more than two hours) in the danger zone of 40˚F -140˚F.
