In general, that would put you at risk of food poisoning. Much depends on the ambient temperature, (if your kitchen is near freezing point it might be OK). However, I wouldn't risk it myself most of the year or if my kitchen were heated overnight.

Why would you "cook" a pork roast in the microwave. Pork roast are a tough meat and it requires low temp at about 10 hours like in a crock pot.
