Asprin in any dose or any frequency is not okay during pregnancy. Asprin is a prostaglandin inhibitor which may lead to premature closure of the ductus arteriosus. If this occurs in utero the fetus is at risk for preterm labor, fetal distress, death and once delivered may lead to dangerous heart and lung problems.
