Absolutely NOT. Caffeine from energy drinks can kill certain cells in one's body causing harmful diseases and sometimes death. Children are recommended to have NO caffeine their whole child lives (0-18), meaning no energy drinks, where caffeine is the main ingredient. Adults are recommended to have 300 mg I think and most energy drinks have AT LEAST double that. Basically, energy drinks are awful for anyone, a 11 year old, a 34 year old, a 100 year old and anywhere in between.
Most energy drinks have caffeine and chemicals. If you want to pump those into your child's body then that is your prerogative. I suggest you research what each ingredient is and decide for yourself. Try E-mv (made by MonaVie) and see if that one works for you.
Or Monster Energy or Red-Bull. If your child were to have a Monster or Red-Bull, They should only have 1/12 a week. The sugar in the energy drink pumps the heart faster. Which is not healthy for kids. But, they can have more than one kind, The Monster energy drinks have many flavors. And they are all the same amount of sugar. But, however, if it is a different kind, ( a different color of Monster ) it would be safe for your child to havea dufferent kind of Monster every 2 days.
They could be okay for kids if they only have one every so often
They are dangerous for everyone, and babies even more so.
No, it is not safe for anyone to drink energy drinks. Let alone children.
Not really. People are supposed to drink them when they are 10-59 years of age.
Kids don't need energy drinks. If you get enough sleep, you won't be sleepy during the day. Energy drinks are very bad for your stomach and can even give you ulcers if you drink too many!
yes they should
Children should not consume energy drinks because the caffeine in them is harmful to their growth.
Drinks that have niacin are coffee, Monster energy drink, Red Bull energy drink, Rockstar energy drink, tea, and powdered chocolate drinks.
Basically to get more energy. Hence, ENERGY drink.
When a mouse drinks the right amount of energy drink they start making their second head.
Eat carbohydrates, drink energy drinks.
To try and convince parents that it's ok to drink energy drinks, a child should explain to them the ingredients in them.
Energy drinks all around are not healthy for you.
My dog has never had a energy drink but I think it is not good. Is it?
Possibly drinks containing ginseng.
Well, it could be. But children shouldn't be drinking energy drinks because they already have lots of energy
no, the children of our nation crave the drink... i myself think that they are somewhat flavorful, and do give me a boost of energy... but have you ever heard of many children dying from a "Monster"?
If a kid drinks an energy drink, it will most likely do nothing unless you drink several at once. I wouldn't recommend it though, as it isn't the healthiest thing to drink.
