Its very unlikely. It takes 14 days AFTER sex until your body realizes its actually pregnant. So symptoms will occur 2-8 weeks after conception not 3 days after.
It is possible though. Once fertilization occurs, the fertilized egg remains in the fallopian tube for 3 days. It then enters the uterus where it gets very close to the endometrium (lining of the uterus) and begins to invade this endometrium to implant. You can feel implantation cramping usually 6 to 10 days after ovulation. However it can happen a few days earlier or later.

∙ 17y agoNothing physical will be felt until the 2nd or sometimes 3rd month of pregnancy. There is nothing physical there until 14 days after conception when a Embryo has formed.
