You can use the website:
http://babelfish.Yahoo.com
You can type the English words you want to write as Japanese and will translate into kanji. Make sure to select "English to Japanese" from the drop-down box.
I advise you not to translate large blocks of text at one time, because these free translator programs tend to translate very literally, and sometimes it gives back text that, as a whole, doesn't make sense. Use it for single words or short phrases.

First off: Pokemon is FROM JAPAN. Second: Have you ever played Pokemon before? All versions of Pokemon have a language-region match. This means that if you get a Japanese version, it's game text WILL be in Japanese. If you get an English version, then it's text WILL be in English. Also, as of yet, NO Pokemon game has had the main text in more than one language on the game data, and therefore has NO WAY to change languages (The game system doesn't translate anything, ever.) However, there is a partial break to this, and that is the Pokedex. In Diamond/Pearl, a partial multi-language option was unlockable. In Platinum, when the option is unlocked, it applies to the whole pokedex. And now in HeartGold/SoulSilver, it applies to the whole dex AND starts out active from the get-go. Oh, and Japan DOES have a tendency to use English words in many things (From music to novels, you can see some in Enlish in many places), and the literal answer to your question is YES. It's just not likely the one you wanted.
