Yes, it is possible to be pregnant and have no symptoms after 6 weeks after conception. Years ago, women didn't even go see their doctors until after two missed periods to confirm the pregnancy. I have had five children and two miscarriages. With my two girls, I never had any symptoms and with one miscarriage, which took place at 6 weeks, I had no idea I was even pregnant, except for suspecting I might be because of a late period.
