As long as it is legal in your country and state/county, then yes.
Different countries have different age limits on drinking. Some religious countries also have additional drinking laws. Try re-asking the question with more information such as your country of residence.
However try not to overdo it. Having a relaxing drink together is fine. But Alcoholism ruins health and costs the taxpayer.
