It is roughly the same for men as it if for women to suffer from Schizophrenia. Men usually have an earlier onset than women though. There are also theories which suggest that due to social restraints and other environmental factors, women may exhibit different or rather calmer symptoms than men and as a result, more men are considered to be suffering from the illness. This research is mostly speculative and would require further research to be conducted.
