Obviously!!! i live there i should know. although police don't really care as much as other drugs. its one of thoes things that everyone in England does and police get tired of arresting people for pot which is harmless. they just take it off you if you have a small amount. that means you cant take it into the country cause you will get stopped. sometimes they don't care if your smoking it in your house or at carnival cause they everyones doing it and its to much for the police to handle and plus police in England are lazy and they'd rather not go through all the paper work for like one splif.

However growing or selling it is a different thing your likely to go down for one of those although its not a majour offence. If you wish to legally smoke weed try amsrerdam
