Yes marijuana is illegal in Quebec. But toking in the comfort of your own home, no one could really care less. Smoking a fatty while walking down the street, I mean I wouldn't recommend it, and if you do it and get caught don't blame this answer, but I do it and no one really gives a sh*t. Twisting a spiff on the metro, that's just drawing to much attention to your self that you don't need.. but I do once in a blue moon. If you only have a couple g's on you and get caught the most your getting is a fine for $100-250 Max, and the loss of your green. Besides that, relatively easy to find, a wide selection and good prices. Most people who look the type on the street can hook you up, usually with a selection of stuff ranging from $40 - $80 for a quarter ounce. Happy toking.
